Governance

The government will work closely with civil society and racialised persons to implement the PAN AR. To this end, two groups are being created: an interministerial steering group (GroPil) and a monitoring group (GroSuivi).

The Ministry of Family Affairs, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception of Refugees is responsible for coordinating the activities of both groups, which will meet at least twice a year.

Interministerial steering group (GroPil)

The GroPil, which brings together the ministries involved in the current plan, is responsible for implementing the plan.

Missions

Implement the actions in the plan, with each Ministry responsible for the operational implementation of the actions that fall under its remit;
Contribute to the monitoring and annual documentation of the operational implementation of the plan;
Regularly report on the progress of operational implementation;
Take operational decisions;
Participate in public events related to the plan;
Participate every five years in the planned external evaluations of the plan's implementation;
Contribute, to the development of new objectives and actions, where appropriate and based on the evaluations carried out;
Prepare the reports and reviews required by the CERD Committee;
Respond to requests for information from the Conseil supérieur of intercultural living together;
Prepare evaluations of the implementation of the ICERD.

Monitoring Group (GroSuivi)

The GroSuivi, composed of civil society actors committed to combating racism and discrimination, provides external monitoring and guides the GroPil in the operational implementation of actions.
