The Senior Action 2022 initiative will reward this year the promotion of diversity and the inclusion of older employees within Luxembourg's private sector organisations. This initiative is organised by the Ministry for Family, Integration and the Greater Region - Division for Older People, together with the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Charter.
The aim of this initiative is
- to encourage organisations to share the actions already in place for their older employees,
- to promote the value of older employees in organisations and in their professional practice,
- to highlight and reward best practices in terms of inclusion of older employees and intergenerational dialogue.
The winning projects will be rewarded with €3,000 and the winners will have the opportunity to present their project in presence of Corinne Cahen, Minister for Family and Integration.
